What does the subscription actually include?
Every course in the catalogue, all quizzes and retakes, and a set number of practitioner-assessed certifications each year — one on Starter, three on Plus, five on Complete. There is no separate charge when you finish a course and submit your project.
What happens if I use all my certifications?
You can keep learning — course access is unlimited on every plan. Move up a plan for more, or on Complete buy an extra assessment for $14. Your allowance resets each year on your renewal date and unused ones do not carry over.
Who actually reviews my project?
Someone who does that work professionally — a financial controller reviews the accounts project, an operations lead reviews the automation one. Their name appears on your certificate, and anyone verifying it can see who assessed you.
What if the review takes longer than four days?
We hand it to a reserve reviewer and you are unaffected. The four working days are counted on one published calendar, so the promise means the same thing wherever you are.
What if I fail the project?
You get written feedback listing exactly what needs to change, and one free resubmission that does not use another certification. If you disagree with the outcome you can ask for a second reviewer who cannot see the first verdict.
Is there an age limit?
Splari is for learners aged 18 and over. Organisations enrolling a group are responsible for their learners meeting that too — it is in the data processing terms we sign with them.
