Yes. The three plans and their prices are identical everywhere — $11, $13 or $15 per learner per month. What differs is how you are billed: monthly in arrears, on active learners only, on one invoice.
Someone who completed at least one topic that month. Joining, logging in or watching part of a video does not count — a topic has to be finished, which means its quiz was passed at 80%.
It depends on how many certifications each learner needs in a year. One course a year is Starter. A programme where learners certify in three areas is Plus. Complete suits intensive or multi-year programmes. You can move a cohort up mid-year and the change applies from the next invoice.
Joining requires a username issued from your seat list, not just the code, and the cohort has a seat ceiling you set. You can also regenerate the code, which invalidates the old one.
Yes, and it costs you nothing extra. They land in what you assigned, and the rest of the catalogue is open to them. Their certification allowance is the only thing that is capped.
Stop the cohort and billing stops with it — there is no notice period or termination fee. Learner records and certificates persist, and a learner who wants to carry on independently can add an email address and take over their own subscription.
